Discover a little-known gem of Beaujolais: the Crémant de Bourgogne !
To get to know the area, you will first go to a family estate. With the winemaker’s company, you will taste some “still” wines around an assortment of charcuterie and local cheeses.
Then, you will walk the streets of Oingt, village of the thirteenth century, entirely built with golden stones, where you will discover the charm of its ochre-colored buildings.
Finally, you will join a cellar specialized in the production of Crémant de Bourgogne. Because, indeed, in Beaujolais also sparkling wines are produced!
You will be introduced to the production method of this sparkling, identical to the one used make Champagne. You will have the privilege to witness the birth of bubbles before tasting raw, dry or rosé crémants.
